DATA ANALYST (Half Day Position) X1

ACHIEVE is a globally funded project dedicated to achieving and sustaining HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeeding women, adolescents, infants, and children. To support this goal, ACHIEVE implements approved life-saving interventions for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). ACHIEVE is led by Pact, in partnership with Jhpiego, Palladium, No Means No Worldwide, and WI-HER. ACHIEVE also has a network of resource partners that are engaged on an as needed basis for technical support.  

Position Description:

The Data Analyst (Half Day) will support the ACHIEVE South Africa monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) team to ensure programmatic data is properly analyzed, visualized, reported, and used by the project and stakeholders. The data analyst will use statistical techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets related to the program’s performance and will be responsible for tracking program outcomes, identifying trends and ensuring data integrity to support effective decision-making and reporting. Further, the data analyst will be the project’s liaison with the database administrator to ensure the system is up to date; s/he will be responsible for pulling data from the database and using it to populate the data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
